They first ask qestions to get to know the interviewer. Then they get into critcal thinking questions and why are you interested in working here type questions. Lastly, they end the interview with the interviewer asking questions about their potential employer.

Painless process, involved coming into the bank and meeting with multiple bankers. No incredibly technical questions, all about your character, interest, and comfort with performing financial transactions; they're not out to trick you, just to gauge if you're a good fit for the bank and for customer interactions.
