Pros

This is a legacy media brand with a strong mission and strategy for the future. Great culture with kind, intelligent people. Excellent benefits in terms of annual leave, parental leave, flexibility.

Cons

It's a mid-sized company so career progression is limited on many teams. Pay is also relatively poor when compared to work demands and location.

Very smart and nice people. The environment is collaborative and encouraging across regions—a good place to start and build a career.

Cons

Pay is way below market, and benefits are limited. Additionally, inconsistent alignment between leadership and management sometimes leads to shifting or unclear expectations.
