Pros
Very generous benefits - tuition reimbursement, computer & fitness reimbursement, $1:$1 company match on 401k up to 7%, free access to professional books with Safari Online, etc. Comfortable working facilities. Some really great managers (amongst those not so great). Many career paths if you take the iniative to learn new areas of the business and are willing to relocate.
Cons
Unstable job security. Frequent turnover of senior leaders which results in constant changes in direction. Company is in a cost cutting mode and looking for opportunities to ship job overseas, even to places that do not have the experience to perform well (save a dime now to spend a dollar later to fix things up!) New hires seem to be coming in at salary rates lower than what they used to offer - another cost cutting strategy.
