Good amount of paid leave Employee flexible expenses card for €500 Good health insurance with VHI Great pension for those in the 40+ age bracket A very average pension contribution for those under 30 with no additional company match regardless of how much you pay in AVC's Salary is below industry standard but total compensation gets brought up via bonus and share options. Would much prefer to have it all come through salary
