      Good benefits and health insurance at a reasonable cost.

      Cons

      Tough environment to work in. High expectations with limited resources. Kinda of an execute or be executed mentality. Stressful!

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
