      Pros

      Great brands with strong commitment to delivering quality products to consumers. Long-term perspective to managing financials which is rare, it helps that it is privately owned.

      Your pay check will be on time every 2 weeks

      Cons

      The place is a mess of gaslighting, nepotism, and incompetent managers who fail upward while everyone else gets crushed with multiple jobs for terrible pay. Benefits disappear constantly, usually announced with some condescending email. Harassment and discrimination get ignored, employees get silenced, and basic rights get treated like optional suggestions. Leadership is entitled, out of touch, and completely unaccountable.

      Subpar 401(k) match, no non-salary perks Absent leadership Favoritism and double standards Controlling environment Lack of transparency No interest in hearing your voice, ideas EQ is not in high supply there but gaslighting exists
