Pros

Great brands to work on Flexible working hours Good canteen There used to be a lot more positives, but these have slowly faded away

Cons

No training offered to back office staff Lack of communication between teams Lack of transparency or help with career development Company has grown immensely, but the infrastructure hasn’t been able to keep up and support this growth Poor staff retention, resulting in loss of knowledge Not the same company it once was

Pros

Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

Cons

Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
