Pros
Relaxed environment most of the time. 3 weeks paid vacation starting out. Will work with you going to school and pay for it as well. A lot of locations countrywide for choice of residence and also pays for relocation fees.
Cons
No organization whatsoever. Often hires people with little to no experience at a higher tech level and much more pay than someone with much more experience. Tech status levels are completely backwards and based specifically off what they're resume says and not what they're actually capable of. Terrible management overall and causing pretty high turnover rate. No encouragement to learn and improve skills so all the techs coming in at high levels and pay remain with no experience causing low level techs WITH experience to handle complex issues that you would normally see high level technicians dealing with.
