Pros

Cons
During induction process, you have to work in store, even though the job I had been employed to do was administration, which has nothing to do with stacking shelves. All take, but no give. Manager's do not listen to staff. Lack of training opportunities. Not enough management discipline, Managers are happy to constantly criticise staff but nobody is watching how the Managers work. Long working hours, 08:30 - 17:30, flexi hours were introduced but there was not much flexibility with them. I was allowed to change my hours to 07:30 - 16:30, that was it. Willing to let staff work through their lunch, come in early and leave late due to staffing issues, but will not let staff leave 20 minutes early.
