      Strong benefits overall, including flexible remote work, a nice office, great colleagues, generous time off, and equity compensation.

      Cons

      Much of the role focuses on migration work. Data leadership is primarily based in the US with limited UK presence, and a large portion of the Data organization, including both senior leadership and engineering roles, is relatively new to the company.

      People who have been here the before 2025 are all awesome and embody a culture of Assuming Positive Intent

      Cons

      People who joined after 2025 especially the senior management folks who joined after 2025 are a bad fit for the FanDuel culture and are connected to any of the company's efforts and end up with irrelevant work.
