-3 failed exams during training and youre out (in my group someone was thrown out because they didnt produce a CV that was 'good enough'...)
-Paid around 25k for 2 years with no way to increase (it does get increased to 26 after a year and such but doesnt exactly make a difference)
-Once you finish training and are waiting to be hired by a client, you are in this purgatory. The most painful part of the experience. They still pay you, but only 20k and you come in and do this fake dev project with no telling when you will get placed. Some people quit because it takes 4 months, some are let go.
