F5 offers great benefits, higher than industry-standard pay and excellent perks (stock options, bonuses and beer friday)
Cons
Over the last 6 months, the company has it's soul. Employees have become numbers and are not valued by management any longer. Work/life balance has gone out the window and the unique (and desirable) culture of this once fantastic company is crumbling. The employees are feeling the pains of huge changes and sudden growth.
