    I applied online. I interviewed at F5 (United States)


    My interview process : 4 months
    - Its a very painful process, emotionally drains the candidate.
    - 5 Total rounds - Hands on technical, coding. Director and VP round.
    - Technical people were good to talk. HR team is not bothered to talk.

    Highlights :
    0. I concur with some of the earlier feedback given by candidates for F5 in glassdoor.

    1. HR will never give you feedback unless you ask for it otherwise it will forget. They are evaluating hundresds candidates per role looks like. I had 4 HR people in my interview email list :-)

    2. The Language of HR person in mail : "If you are still interested in this position, we want to schedule another round" after every round of interview does not sound nice. It does not give good direction and sense, basically its a hint to the candidate, but I somehow I ignored.

    3. HR will never tell you about the hiring process, number of rounds, and any other interview details. They keep you in dark about hiring process, reason could be to control and divert the result and process of interview as per the its wish.

    4. I have gone through 5 rounds of interiew, the HR of F5 did not brief about anything even though asked number of times to have call with HR first. They don't bother to respond to anything, and conveniently ignore. May be its part F5 HR Ethics.

    5. HR I got to talk to was very hard to understand..

    Interview Process:
    1. 5 Total rounds - Hands on technical, coding, Director and VP rounds.

    Interview Result
    1. I lost the count of number of times I have sent mail to them after every round and finally I gave-up.
    2. The only reason I kept going was I saw some technology/software piece they build and I happened to talk to some of the Engineers were nice.
    3. But however they have no idea about how to treat the candidates, even the senior candidate who have ton of experience from top reputed tech companies. Its a pity.
