Pros
the product is unique and the technology is interesting. benefits are industry standard but really nothing extraordinary.
Cons
this is a company with an identity crisis. they want to appear to be professional grown players, but don't actually know how to get there. management is nepotism at its finest, way too many people making decisions with their only qualification being having the right drinking partner at the keg on Friday afternoon. for a company that claims to be so process oriented, just because you have a system that contains processes doesn't mean that the processes make sense in todays high tech world. this company has the look and feel of companies i worked for in the 90s...too much growth with not enough competition and and exaggerated sense of self worth. it will only take a viable competitor to knock them off the pedestal and send them into a fate of being purchased for pennies on the dollar.
