      Pros

      It was a good company to start with, but not to stay at more than 6 months - 1 year.

      Cons

      - Very limited resources were given to get the jobs done - No appreciation and a very toxic environment with a negative team spirit and bad behaviors - No Career Path - Weak planning and no team development
