When I worked here in SLC, Utah - they do not give you the tools to train and continue learning, they expect you to be cross trained, but they don't want to be the ones to train you for that and they underpay you while promising you raises based on performance, but they just use "based on performance" as a reason to keep paying you the minimum amount for your maximum amount of work.
