Business outlook
Pros
-Excellent initial training and continuing education provided by Express Corporate. -The Corporate office has a great technical, HR and legal support when you have a question or problem. -Staff really does care about treating applicants/candidates with respect and wants to help improve lives!
Cons
-Commission structure was lacking. -Benefits were PTO only. No healthcare, vision or dental. No sick time, etc. I also never received any additional PTO in the 6 years I was there. -Work/Life balance was not the best. Recruiters were "on-call" 24/7, which would lead to frequent burn-out.
