Pros
Good benefits Work is not too hard There is definitely room for improvement for the Charleston office such as increasing their salaries for workers in a growing city.
Cons
The benefits don’t make up for the unlivable wage in Charleston unless you work a 2nd job on the weekend. The work will be repetitive and the low salary can make you feel like you need to look for a job else where. Not a lot of development within the teams. Have to let leadership know if you can work from home, which can be a little restrictive instead of giving you a set schedule for day that you can work from home.
