We apologise that you felt that commercial management was valued more than the people within the company. The HR team are currently working closely with our board of directors to implement a "people before profit" approach to the business, which has resulted in a large improvement in the benefits that we are able to offer our employees. We also ask our employees to take part in an employee engagement survey every other year which allows us to get some great ideas from our employees on how we can make them happier. The 2017 survey resulted in increased benefits such as enhanced maternity, paternity and shared parental leave and the brand new holiday buy back scheme.
