Cons
No sick leave. 5 days PTO for the 1st year and 10 days PTO for years after. That's all; no any other paid leave. 401k matching up to 4%, but only after 1 year working; need full 3 years working to take 100% of 401k matching : 1 year 33%; 2nd year 66%.
Small company, so you need to do everything. Projects limited to land development. Work is not very challenging
