      There is so much knowledge to learn in Excel

      1. Apart from salary the company will provide benefits. 2. If any employee want to upgrade there skills or learn more management will support. 3. Nice working atmosphere.

      All the time every one will be running about deliveries

      Pros

      They pay well and are employee-owned so you can receive profit-sharing after one full year of working there.

      Cons

      No personal connection between higher-up management. They don't care about individual growth but only profits and revenue. Feels like you are a cog in the wheel and not an actual person. They also don't take the time to train new employees and teach them the company's standards and processes.
