      + Flexible working environment (flexible hours, hybrid regime) + Nice office in Delft + Friendly atmosphere in the team, my colleagues are the best!

      Cons

      - I am asked to do tasks not related to my experience and knowledge - Stressful atmosphere in the company - we always in a rush! - Salary is lower than average in other companies - HR department didn't want to help me with my personal situation, therefore I don't feel as I am valued employee.
