      Excellent Technology. Happy Customers. Nice place to work. Great people. High potential to grow the business.

      Cons

      Hard and established competition. Dell and HP have strong presence and structure in the Region. Only one product.

      Pros

      Great team with everyone cooperative and with drive, wanting to make a solid product. Environment allows for meaningful input and work for everyone. But also has expectations for everyone to be a good contributor. Good hybrid policy and family/life balance.

      Cons

      No 401k match for unknown reasoning which doesn't help attract the best talent. Benefits are ok, but basic compared to previous job.
