      Pros

      * Good salary * Nice atmosphere in the office, supportive colleagues. * The best and the most supportive inside sales director (Anca). The most genuine person you will ever meet she is amazing and will do anything she can to support you and help, always reachable and so much fun to be around. She will make you love sales ❤️

      Cons

      * Office presence * weekly calls with the Ceo on almost same topics. It gets very boring sometimes. * A lot of problems/ issues arises with Territory managers when closing the deals not following up and letting opportunities slip. * Brand awareness and recognition, ExaGrid is not a very known company yet so the struggle of selling the product is a little hard.

      Autonomy to work/nobody breathing down your neck Help/support comes when you ask The car park is free and I don't need to use public transport but the option is there Pay is great and so is the commission structure The CEO hosts weekly sales calls and shares interesting/useful insights Weekly training on storage, specifically in the backup industry Great opportunity for network building May IPO soon $$ Turns you into a real hunter - real sales is not only chasing renewals or using the brand behind you

      Leaving a large MNC seemed difficult at first but in reality, is not Starting remotely is a challenge anywhere but there's support in your colleagues From my last job, I do miss the assistance from marketing but I get to experience at running with my own campaigns... and management even help with data cleansing if needed
