ExaGrid is a strong competitor in the secondary back up storage market with a single product focus. While the marketing team is small, it has been great working with a strong, hardworking team that are efficient and work well together. Being part of the marketing team has been a rewarding experience, as the structure allows for independent work while still offering opportunities to collaborate closely with a small, supportive team. The CEO’s hands-on, decisive leadership style ensures that decisions happen quickly, which avoids long approval cycles.

There are a few areas where improvement would push the employee experience even further. Greater flexibility with work-from-home options would help attract and retain new talent. Additionally, introducing a mid-level marketing role could support long-term growth and allow the team to better explore and optimize new strategies.
