Pros
The product works as described and support is first class. It could be a good place to work, but it isn’t. Especially in NEMA.
Cons
There are many, the product is overpriced in the marketplace, the marketing is nonexistent, you rely on partner salespeople to engage with end users initially, then the ExaGrid TM attempts to take over, the environment is toxic in NEMA. Sales management is immature with the same quota for everyone, even if someone attained 8 x they will get the same quota as someone in emerging markets. The CEO and SVP’s waste an hour each of peoples time on a Monday, that equates to well over 300 person hours, probably more. There are many products that offer similar protection at a lower cost.
