Pros
- Working at CRO allows to work on very different projects at a very short amount of time. - The only life science company that operates in English officially in the Northern Germany.
Cons
- No proper onboarding, you are expected to perform from day 1. - Upper management is inflated with lots of middle management layer, not contributing productively for the projects. - Future of the company is not secure for career development, no promotions, rather many people leaving/laid off.
