Pros
The company is still growing so you get a lot of responsibilities. Most employees at this company are very young, fresh out of school or 2nd job out of school. So people do have drive.
Cons
People: Founding members are inexperienced and have almost no corporate experience, other than internships. Management has lots of micro-managing, and poor decision-making which affects day to day job satisfaction. There is yelling/screaming from the CEO. Responsibility: They will work you to death if you don't put down boundary early on, and if even if you do, you can still work a lot. Because management is young and most employees are young, the hours could be grueling. Meetings/calls after 6pm is not uncommon.Lots of unrealistic expectation around sales numbers, customer satisfaction and engineering goals. Also, we were asked by management to leave nice reviews when a negative review was posted. Compensation: Way below market. Good for someone just starting out.
