Pros

Low bureaucracy due to immature internal processes. You get a lot of freedom and lavish company parties.

Cons

International management team has persistent problems gaining traction in the US market. They are seriously challenged when it comes to recruiting and retaining the correct skillets and talent. Business development is mainly focussed on getting big deals, then fire or neglect people on the bench in between deals. People management and career management mostly absent due to lack of management people skills or interest. Negative and toxic behaviour is tolerated and sometimes even incentivised. There are so many personnel changes that it is difficult to where you stand. Decision making is not done collaboratively and mainly behind closed doors. On recruitment you are told that bonus potential is huge, however regardless of your performance, chances of getting one are minimal

Pros

There are a lot of intelligent and talented people (consultants) who work for Quint that are driven to work hard and take care of the clients. You will have freedom to work independently and can truly make a difference for them.

Cons

For a company that is very good at what they do (e.g. process improvement and assessments), they need to eat their own dog food, as the saying goes. There is a cultural issue present, as well, and many have left due to a negativity towards certain groups within the org. They lack in fully training and developing their staff.
