Pros

Team outings, fun activities, Collegues ase awesome, Good interior...thats it

Cons

1. limited Work from home (once/twice a month), for that also u need to follow some 5-6 protocols and get approval from manager/Director and blah blah blah. 2. No project s are there in, I mean seriously NO PROJECTS. They just hire you to increase the strength, Approximately 95% people are busy doing POCs in Bangalore office. 3. Hike is like peanuts - while appraisal meeting they appreciate you like without you company will not work, but u can't distinguish between your current salary and hiked one. 4. Company policies has not been set up yet, so everyday a new policy comes up and you were not aware of it when you joined. (Different mediclaim policy, LTA you can only submit for Air India flights etc etc). 5. Free cab service from shift people, for general shift if you are going for cab then you have to pay 4000/month.

Thank you for your review! Epsilon was founded in 1969 under the Alliance Data umbrella. Epsilon Bangalore commenced operations in 2015, and it will feel like a start-up organization which comes with its own set of challenges - one of them being the ebb and flow with the volume of work. We believe the excitement of being involved with a rapidly growing organization, comes from having the opportunity to influence a number of aspects within the organization, and the downside can be that it takes a while for us to get to a steady state where everything is streamlined and well-defined. In our initial phase of growth, we believe it is important for our associates to be present at office, helping them build relationships with peers, teams and key stakeholders. At Epsilon, we encourage you to connect with us to identify and implement solutions recognizing the value of being involved with our growth. Again, we appreciate you sharing your challenges first-hand and invite you to have a conversation with us, if it makes you comfortable. You are important to us and we appreciate your involvement in making Epsilon a great place to work! --Human Resources Team-India

Pros

There are no "Pros". Company is getting driven into the ground, quickly. Unlimited FTO - sure nice if you EVER get to take time off

Cons

Employees have been strung along last year (2025), told there would be Merit Increases -- should have been in March 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told it would be in July 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told would have a meeting in Sept 2025; there was a All Hands call and we we're told ONLY Top Performers would get a BONUS, and no one else. Then, in Jan 2026, there was money Allocated for FULL Merit Increases for April 2026. NO Senior Mgnt Communication. It's the end of March 2026 and we are told from our Managers (NOT Senior Mgnt) that there would NOT be any Merit Increases, supposedly "tabled" until July 2026. Time will tell.
