Advice to Management
Keep up doing a good job. It's a great experience for anybody that passes through.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epsilon (Dublin, Co. Dublin) in March 2016.
Applied on LinkedIn. Recruiter called for phone screening and following that organised interview for following week. Had two interviews- 2 people, 1 person. They took the time to explain the organisation and the role in more depth. Asked straight forward questions. Very positive experience. I had contact with both the recruiter and the hiring manager and both were really easy to contact and ensured I was updated as to the next steps.
