Pros

- In the face of client downsizing, Epsilon has historically retained employees by account re-assignment instead of layoffs, if it's at all avoidable - Health insurance premiums (at least for employee only) are affordable - Generally work with very smart, skilled colleagues; inadequately skilled employees can be flushed out fairly quickly if there is attentive/motivated management. - Independent, dependable, self-motivated people will succeed in negotiating a career path.

Cons

If you are a recent college graduate with a marketing major (or non-CS / MIS) and you're interviewing at Epsilon for BSA positions, don't foster any delusions that you'll be helping provide input to clients about marketing strategy or creating creative marketing pieces. Most new associates feel like they've been misled after finding out that the job usually consists primarily of writing SQL queries, putting together repetitive reports, testing and documenting functionality in what the technical developers recently worked on, and occasionally being in direct communication with your client. - Frequent long hours - High Stress office environment - Unclear job descriptions and inconsistent paths to promotions (no formal company-wide documentation)

Pros

There are no "Pros". Company is getting driven into the ground, quickly. Unlimited FTO - sure nice if you EVER get to take time off

Cons

Employees have been strung along last year (2025), told there would be Merit Increases -- should have been in March 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told it would be in July 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told would have a meeting in Sept 2025; there was a All Hands call and we we're told ONLY Top Performers would get a BONUS, and no one else. Then, in Jan 2026, there was money Allocated for FULL Merit Increases for April 2026. NO Senior Mgnt Communication. It's the end of March 2026 and we are told from our Managers (NOT Senior Mgnt) that there would NOT be any Merit Increases, supposedly "tabled" until July 2026. Time will tell.
