Upper management (VP and above) is fairly clueless and unethical. I might remove a few from this statement (i.e. Bryan Kennedy). The relationship managers run the show which includes the technical show (which they haven't a clue about). They should NEVER be allowed to do that. Epsilon keeps hiring non-American employees. That is just wrong in so many ways as this is a marketing company mostly to the Americas.
