Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback and are glad that you enjoyed some of your time here at Epsilon. We are sure your clients appreciated your work and dedication, as do we. We also hear your comments regarding training and management support. Currently, we have management and leadership development programs to help our managers support our associates in the best way possible. We are also working to understand this specific issue so we can give this attention. In the next year, we will have several new programs rolling out for all of our associates.
