Pros
Stable job, Salaried, and good for sales experience if you’re interested in that.
Cons
No work/life balance, 8am-6pm Monday-Friday, 9-3pm on Saturday and 11-2pm on Sundays. (These hours differ, sometimes you’ll start at 7, finish at 6:30/7.) If you need time off, don’t bank on it because the management do not care. If you’re sick, they will treat you different the next time you’re in. If you don’t want to be there 7 days a week and constantly under time pressure from all aspects - from your sales numbers, from customers complaining and screaming at you about company issues that have nothing to do with you, and the biggest two for me being the fatigue from constantly driving and the pressure to get your MOUNTAINS of training done on the computer (which you need a managers help with since it’s information only they have - which they don’t help you with) when you’ve only been in the office for 10 minutes that day. Also, no Christmas bonus, no pay before Christmas, (monthly pay too). Also it’s a 45 hour week MINIMUM, overtime pay up to 50 hours, and in lieu hours after that - which your branch manager won’t like you taking at all.
