Pros
Good work life balance with great managers that won't micromanage you. You are trusted to do your tasks and present to stakeholders. The office is beautiful and the culture is very supportive.
Cons
The work sometimes is a little boring and won't allow you to build your portfolio with many interesting things, if in payments or compliance. You have to fight to be in the interesting rooms with game devs, building interesting stuff.
