      Poor company to work for if you do not know someone senior. If you know someone and you are buddy-buddy with the management then you are golden, then you'll have a nice salary, awesome bonuses, unlimited home office opportunity which means that you can go home whenever you like from the office and no one will ask where you are. If you are not this lucky and you do not know anyone from the inside then you are royally stuffed my friend and you are not going to enjoy it. You'll have access to the water cooler, tea and coffee (but HR will bug you about that you are not allowed to drink the guest's coffee, how dare you) and "awesome working conditions" like Excel 2003. Yes, you read it right. 2003.

      Pros

      Nice and relaxed environment, casual dresscode, fruits every week and good coffee. Friendly colleagues and cool parties. It is an ok company to work.

      Cons

      Unstable company, loads of redundancies and quarterly bonus never paid. They don't interview many candidates and end up hiring people with lack of expertise

      Long hours Not great pay No room for progression Will employ anyone there for bad staff half of the time Always tech problems People above you really don't care about the problems you face if the problem is above you
