Pros

Good technology with some skilled engineering people.

Cons

There is a toxic environment driven by unrealistic promises, and some senior leaders show little empathy—often placing blame on others rather than taking responsibility. Pay is below industry standards, and staff turnover is extremely high. There’s also a lack of proper documentation and processes, which leads to confusion and inefficiency. Employee onboarding and training are virtually non-existent, making it difficult for new hires to succeed.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. High expectations are part of Enfuce - but they should always be paired with respectful, accountable behaviour. When expectations feel inconsistent or unclear, that’s a signal we need to act on. We’ve been actively strengthening leadership expectations, feedback practices, and clearer ways of working, alongside improving documentation and onboarding, so people have the support they need to succeed. On compensation, we know the market is competitive and we prioritise fair and transparent pay aligned to role expectations and performance. Building a healthy culture is ongoing work. We’re committed to creating a workplace grounded in one of our values: Acting with Integrity - where people are treated with respect and accountability sits where it belongs.

Pros

Most reviews here mention supportive and professional peers, and that has been my experience as well. Enfuce had great employees while I was working there and they were the highlight of my experience. The employee turnover is high, so I don't know what the situation is currently.

Cons

Lack of transparency from management, extremely unprofessional behavior from higher ups, shouting, name-calling, freezing out employees who have been blacklisted. People are pushed to burnout and then fired quietly, without communicating these departures to the rest of the staff. Enfuce leaders don't learn from their mistakes, and then go and blame the employees for not being successful.

Thank you for sharing your perspective and for recognising the strength and professionalism of the people you worked alongside at Enfuce. We take feedback related to leadership behaviour, transparency, and psychological safety seriously. As Enfuce has grown, we’ve learned that maintaining high standards of leadership, communication, and care for people requires constant attention — especially in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment. Over time, we’ve worked to strengthen leadership expectations, feedback mechanisms, and ways of working to support more sustainable performance and clearer communication across the organisation. We remain committed to learning, improving, and continue building an environment where people are treated with respect and accountability. We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and wish you the best going forward.

Pros

Incredible team culture: The people at Enfuce are genuinely supportive, collaborative, and open. There’s a strong sense of community and willingness to help across teams. Challenging and meaningful work: You get to work on real-time fraud cases and contribute to the development of tools and processes that have a tangible impact on customer safety and compliance. Opportunities for growth: If you’re proactive and eager to learn, there’s a lot of room to expand your skills, especially in fraud analytics, compliance, and technical integrations. Modern tools and mindset: Enfuce encourages innovation and isn’t afraid to pilot new tech or ideas. Flexible working model: Hybrid/remote work is possible, and the company respects work-life balance.

Cons

Fast-changing environment: Things move quickly, and priorities can shift often. While exciting, it may be overwhelming for someone looking for a very structured routine.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this. We’re proud to hear that the team culture, collaboration, and sense of community stand out. Creating an environment where people support each other and work well across teams is core to how we operate and reflects one of our values Powered by Collaboration. You’re also right about the pace. As we grow, we’re continuing to invest in clearer prioritisation, stronger internal communication, and better documentation so that speed is paired with clarity. Thanks as well for the advice to management - and for being part of the journey.
