Pros

-Great team, great collegues. We work hard but help is always available. Everybody is committed, good at their work and enthusiastic. -There was good collaboration with my line manager. They were always available, very supportive and helping team go to right direction. They understood that sometimes people have personal challenges that might affect their jobs and were supportive in solving issues, but also were clear and kind in setting boundaries. -The product is very interesting esp. if your interest is in financial technology. -Environmental sustainability is important for the company. -Switching jobs within company is encouraged. There are plenty of opportunities.

Cons

-There is no psychological safety because of erratic top management. Many times I have heard them saying horrible things about people and teams openly (coffee room etc). Things such as how a team is incapable or a person should not work here. Feedback is never given to these people in a proper way. Instead they just say that you have to perform and Enfuce is not for everybody. This is why I do not at the moment recommend the company to friends. If you decide to join be aware that this kind of behavior is tolerated here. -Employee retention. People are fired on a monthly basis and theres no transparency. Usually they just say "change is constant". Top management also threatens to fire people randomly. -Theres no clear direction. Priorities change often. It is not a bad thing but you have to manage it properly and LEAD.

Pros

- Awesome team and team members especially that help you out a lot. - Awesome team lead as well that especially helps out a ton and does get you settled in, even if you come from a different background to the role in terms of technical capabilities. - The work itself is flexible and you have chances to do your own ad-hoc implementations.

Cons

- Management is VERY erratic and make changes constantly, usually not the good ones either. - Very high chance of ending up on the layoff list, or the termination list, depending on your own actions and luck. - Remote work is not really encouraged at all since the company has an office with an expensive rent that they want the employees to utilize. Remote working, even fully, is still an option though but the company is trying to move more to an office setting and mandates office involvement for people that live closer to the office. - Non-existent room for mistakes or error, especially on the tech teams. If you end up making enough mistakes, especially while you're still learning, these will not be tolerated at all and you might end up getting fired even because of these. - Very little room for error overall in your position, so direct and transparent communication with your team is an absolute MUST to succeed. For me this was hard last year due to my own short-comings in my own life. - Everything is messy and unorganized on the tech side, highly due to the nature of the company. Be prepared to really "push through the mess". - High employee turnover, you'll get new team members on a semi-regular basis. You'll also see people go from other teams very often. - The work itself is flexible and you have chances to do your own ad-hoc implementations. This also means that a lot of things break and don't work correctly and if you end up doing a lot of mistakes, you're out.
