• Strong, diverse product line. • Very diverse company able to weather turns in the economy. • Has a good story to tell and sell.
Cons
• Business focus is on reducing cost by moving work to low cost centers - India, China, Philippines. • Opportunities for growth are limited due to outsourcing of work to low cost centers. • Due to business restructuring it can be difficult to balance Work-life schedule. • Business is shifting from a “If you build it they will come” to a “when the customer signs up we will build it” attitude. Seem to be taking more reactionary verses a proactive approach.
