      Pros

      In Emerson, manager and work-life balance are good. You get good support, and it also helps you to grow your career and skills.

      Cons

      The worst part is getting work done by the HR team. If any of your work is pending with the HR team, then pray to God that they respond and look into it. Even then, it's not certain if they can help you, even if it's in their hands. The HR team will not even respond after escalating the matter.
