Pros
They allow alot of freedom to take control of your business and along with that comes full accountability. Emerson is financially strong and can offer alot of room for growth if you play the politics correct.
Cons
Lack of resources in the US to support much of the business as more roles get moved overseas. No structured sales training for the company which results in a disconnect from sales initiatives and what the supporting teams are focused on.
