1) Works best for gamers. Non gamers find it difficult to cope up with. 2) Only game knowledge is acknowledged. No other skills are valued no matter how good you are in any other skill. 3) Contractors are treated like ***. 4) Forget about promotion for the first 5 years of joining. 5) Technology wise you wont learn anything.
