      Pros

      Excellent training, peers are willing to help and support you. Freedom and flexibility. When you do well you can do really really well.

      Cons

      Success rate is almost zero if you don't take over an office or get assets in a goodnight. I only know 1 person who is still around more than 3 years who did not take over any assets and that person is just barely scraping by. Don't take the job unless you have a $10+ Million goodnight or a Sunset plan lined up.

      They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

      Cons

      Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
