Pros
There are none. The management sucks and constantly changes directions, the teams are chaotic - you’re a slave - and the clients suck. They pretend they like you and value your work, but in reality, they hate you and talk behind your back to the Edelman management about how disappointing you are. Your life will be ruled by backstabbing mid-managers.
Cons
So many. Too many to list The clients suck. The work is repetitive. You’re just gonna do coverage reports all day you’re gonna be held to impossible deadlines the teams are chaotic. They use an ancient billing system. You can’t get expense reports done the leadership changes directions strategically twice a year. It’s impossible to keep up with your goals and they use stupid software that is chunky and stupid and it’s all just stupid. The entire agency sucks.
