Toxic work environment - Research Scientist ERM Employee Review

My experience working at ERM wasn’t good, it’s a very toxic work environment where managers don’t support you and coworkers are bullies and no one does anything. Partners are also very out of touch, they ask for money to support someone who’s at the hospital not in an anonymous way. As an entry level employee, I was barely making ends meet, I felt a lot of pressure. I was also asked to smile more as a feedback from one of the partners. Very unprofessional.
