Pressure pressure pressure. Consultants are bullied when they don’t meet their billable hours. Support staff are treated like inferior species. Management are vindictive if you disagree if offer a better solution. HR listens but nothing gets done. Basically they just warn the perpetrators. Stay away unless you are looking for a free ride or just graduated from college.
