      - Lots of courses, learning opportunities, certifications, conferences, and all that stuff - The work there is not super complex

      Cons

      - The salaries are not the best - If you are lucky enough to get a good recruiter, a good delivery manager, a good talent partner, a good project, you will be good; if you are not lucky enough, it won't work out

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
