      Pros

      Company provides you a lot of opportunities to grow professionally. So it is a great place to start your career because you will find a lot of cool trainings, mentors and teammates. Many different projects so you will find what you like. Cool people! But it is my only experience and in companies of this size you may encounter different people Good standards in terms of role and level. So if the person is middle quality assurance engineer then you know what to expect from them.

      Cons

      There can be a better salaries on the market. This statement is also location specific and there are places were Epam gives high salaries. To increase salary you have to grow in title.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
