      Pros

      Great place to work with lots of learning tools built by EPAM. EPAM also has great internal tools, its a great place to be here. The Engineering excellence as part of delivery is great learning for all the levels to ensure to quality of delivery which eventually leads to customer satisfaction and helps company grow.

      Cons

      The associate who are at mediocre, need to step up and learn to be successful. EPAM provides lots of opportunities & conducts internal career development programs to improve.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
